Crispy wonton chips piled with fresh ahi poke and spicy sauce.

Island fusion on a chip

Crunchy wonton chips, fresh ahi poke, and spicy mayo — the mash-up that shows up at every island party.

Step by stepInstructions

  1. Fry the wonton triangles in the oil until golden; drain on paper towels.
  2. Toss the tuna with the soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sriracha, and honey; chill 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk the mayonnaise with the 2 tablespoons sriracha for the drizzle.
  4. Pile the poke over the wonton chips, add the avocado, and drizzle with the spicy mayo.
  5. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and furikake. Serve immediately.

💡 Chef tips & storage

Assemble right before serving so the chips stay crisp. Use sushi-grade ahi and keep it chilled.
