Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo chicken dip emerged in the 1990s and 2000s as an offshoot of Buffalo, New York’s famous chicken wings, invented in 1964 at the Anchor Bar. Home cooks began transforming the flavors of wing sauce and blue cheese into a creamy, shareable dip, and it quickly became a staple of American game day spreads.

All the flavor of wings, no bones required

Rotisserie chicken makes this dip come together in minutes. Adjust the hot sauce amount to control the spice level to your taste.
